DURAPIN technology – a method of treating dried wood in autoclaves for vacuum-pressure impregnation that provides wood with resistance to the natural elements, thereby extending its lifespan up to 20 years without contact with the ground and 15 years in contact with the ground. In addition, DURAPIN protects against biological attacks by wood-feeding insects – including termites – and fungal rot.
