Unless a specific provision\n otherwise, the statute of limitations is six years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to\n the conduct of business &#8211; three years. \n            <\/li>\n            <li>\n  where the basis for data processing is consent, for as long as the consent is not revoked, and after revocation\n of consent for a period of time corresponding to the statute of limitations for claims that the Administrator may raise and that may be\n raised against him. The legal basis for such activities is\n the Administrator&#8217;s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) in facilitating the use of\n services provided electronically and improving the functionality of these services. \n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n  The provision of personal data by the user is voluntary.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n  Personal data will also be processed in an automated manner in the form of profiling, as long as the user consents\n on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO.
